When you confirm your order by clicking « confirm », you accept your order and the entirety of these terms and conditons of use without restriction. Your order is then processed so that you can receive your parcel.
Upon registration of your order, a detailed receipt is send to the email address you have previously registered.
In case of mistake of email address or no reception of the email order confirmation, the liability of the company La Fare SAS cannot be committed.
You can print your confirmation order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
PRICE
Our product prices are listed in euros all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The delivery cost is charged extra and indicated at the moment of the final confirmation of the order (see terms and conditions of use).
The amount of your order is calculated all taxes included. The tax applied corresponds to the value added tax of the day of the order.
La Fare SAS reserve the right to change prices at any time but the products are invoiced on the basis of the rates applied at the time of the booking confirmations.
The products remain the property of La Fare SAS until full payment of the order.
AVAILABILITY
La Fare SAS can not be held liable for the inexecution of the contract in case of stock shortage or unavailability of products.
If in spite of our vigilance, the items are unavailable, we will notify it to you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. In case we can’t provide an article with an equivalent price and quality that can suits you, you can cancel your order.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND
For an exchange or a refund you have 14 days delay from the order reception to return products undamaged in their original packaging with an explanatory letter. The return costs are yours.

- For an order lower than 70 € TTC, the contribution to the postal coast is 5,90 € TTC.
- Delivery charges are free for an order above 70 € TTC.
The package is delivered directly in the mailbox at the delivery address.
In cases the mailbox is too small, the parcel is delivered either to the addressee of the order or to any other person present at the address who accept the delivery (or to a neighbor, a guardian or caretaker). It will depend on the postman initiative. In this case, the contact details of this person are indicated on a notice placed in the mail box.
When the parcel cannot be delivered as above (absence of addressee…), a notice of proceeding is placed by the postman in the mailbox of the addressee. This notice indicates the address of the nearest post office where the customer can collect his parcel in a delay of 14 days.
In case of contestation about the delivery itself, the computer system of the post office will prevail unless proved otherwise by the customer.

The package is delivered to the shop selected by the customer in the proposed list at the end of the order.
As soon as the parcel arrives in the Point Relais, the customer receives a mail of Mondial Relay.
The parcel will be delivered to the customer with his or her signature and an identity card. The customer has 14 calendar days to collect the parcel.
No contestation about the delivery itself is possible if the parcel appears as delivered on Mondial relay register unless the customer provides the proof of the contrary.

Conditions applied to all destinations
We cannot be considered responsible for a failure to deliver beyond our control (absence of addressee, error in the address, etc.). We advise you to check the accuracy of the delivery address. Any inaccuracy may result in significant delays and additional costs.
If the addressee doesn’t take the parcel before the indicated delay of the post or Mondial Relay, the parcel will return to our society and the delivery cost will be charged. The order will be reimbursed or sent again. The delivery cost of the second sending will be charged to the customer.
In case you communicated a wrong delivery address, the cost of a new sending would be charged to you.
Any delay due to case of absolute necessity (strikes, bad weather…) will not imply the responsibility of La Fare SAS.
The merchandise travels at the risk and peril of the recipient.
In case of damage
You notice your package is not intact:
- You refuse the delivery and notify the refusal on delivery document. This procedure is compulsory to have your order reimbursed or exchanged.

RESPONSABILITY
Products follow the French legislation.
La Fare SAS cannot be considered responsible in case of stock shortage or of unavailability of products, major force, disturbance or total or partial strike, particularly of the postal services, ways of transport and/or communication and assume no responsibility for any web site interruption, bugs occurring, for all damages resulting of a fraudulent intrusion of a third person who might cause a change of the available informations on the web site and more generally any direct or indirect damage whatever the cause, origin, nature or consequences including without limitation lost of profits, operations, customers, data or other intangible looses.
PERSONAL DATA CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION
La Fare SAS conform to all the applicable legal requirements regarding respect of private life, particularly as regards to obligations established by the law of the 6th January 1978 relative to data processing, files and freedoms.

• Your email address to send you a confirmation receipt of your order, to inform you about a possible unavailability of a product and also to be inform you about novelties, promotions (except opposition from you).

MODIFICATION OF THIS GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
La Fare SAS Sarl reserve the right to modify the contents or the characteristics of these General sales Conditions at any time. Each order implies the acceptance of the general sales conditions in their current version.
The new general sales conditions will be applicable only to the sales made after the modification.
LITIGATION
The sales contract is governed by the french law. All disputes relating to the interpretation or the non performance of this contract will be the competence of the commercial court of Marseille (13 France). Only the court has jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
